I saw them play this song at the Beaverbrook Rink in Fredericton circa the summer of 1974 . What a fantastic band and song!

I FOUND THIS GREAT SONG WHEN I WAS LITTLE ON A K-TEL ALBUM I BOUGHT AT WOOLWORTH IN THE AUDUBON SHOPPING CENTER IN AUDUBON IN SOUTH JERSEY. IN MY OPINION THIS IS THERE GREATEST HIT I'VE NEVER HEARD THIS EXTENDED VERSION SOUNDS GREAT.

Whaaaat? I gotta think about Jump Around a minnit... I feel like one of the few who dug Whole Lotta Shakin Goin On in the early 2000's, but I simultaneously smiled and cringed. I love these guys, if Rama wasn't a casino in the middle of nowhere I'd have made this show in the GTA. Thanks for the upload! Edited to add- I think casinos sign artist to some exclusive zone they can't also do shows nearby.

The incomparable Bernie Senensky! Been listening to him for 45 years anyway, maybe 50. He played with all the leading players at George's Spaghetti house in Toronto all those years ago. $5.85 for a plate of spaghetti, and a drink-per-set. We'd come in from Hamilton just to take in the best jazz players in Canada. Moe, Neil Swainson (then barely 20), DT, Terry Clarke, Ed Bickert, and so many more. Lovely to hear you play, Bernie! Thank you for all these years of superb jazz piano. May you play to 120!

I think he should surprise the band and the audience too by showing up in a kilt. He'd have to war yoga shorts with it considering how he dances.

1980-something, I was around 20, working at Value Village on E. Hastings in Vancouver, it was summertime, this song had just come out. I remember getting off work in the early evening, walking out back of the building, seeing Downtown Vancouver in the distance shimmering away, life seemed endless and beautiful. This song always makes me think of that
